Family Support through case management is called Family Development.

This is simply a systematic way to examine the vision of a family and assist the family in identifying and mobilizing resources to meet their goals. With the assistance and support of a Family Development Specialist, families identify and address those areas in their life which cause the greatest barriers to the success of their family. Once identified, the family decides which steps to take to overcome them. The family can then move towards becoming more successful and improving their quality of life.

Requirements for the Program

Family Development Specialists help interested individuals complete a self-assessment to identify family strengths as well as areas that hinder family growth. There is no income eligibility for this program.
