About the Program

SENCA’s Elk Creek Housing is located in Elk Creek NE The four unit housing complex is designed to accommodate low-income families wishing clean, affordable housing in the area. Water, sewer, lawn care, snow removal, and trash service are provided at no additional cost to the residents. Electricity is included in the rent.

Requirements for the Program

Rent subsidies are provided by Rural Development to low-income residents meeting Rural Development guidelines.
