SENCA Awarded Traveling Data Trophy
Executive Director Vicky McNealy announced on Wednesday, June 25th that SENCA has received the Traveling Data Trophy award for the agency in the state with the most accurate data for the past year. The trophy was awarded by the Community Action of Nebraska state office in Lincoln. Jenny Strecker, SENCA Data and Community Services Coordinator, was on hand to receive the trophy.
May and June Activities Help Stock Local Food Pantries
Approximately 7,000 pounds of food to benefit families facing emergency situations was collected between the counties of Cass, Nemaha, Pawnee, and Richardson as a result of two area food drive events, Stamp Out Hunger in May and the KOLN/KGIN Channel 10/11 Can Care-A-Van in June.
