Retrofit/Installer Technician Housing

 

Southeast Nebraska Community Action Partnership (SENCA) is now accepting applications for the position of Retrofit Installer/Technician in the Housing department.  The primary responsibility for this position consists of applying Weatherization measures to homes within SENCA’s service area. These measures include replacing doors and windows, crawling into small crawl spaces & attics, blowing insulation and other measures necessary to increase the energy efficiency of the homes. Applicants should possess a demonstrated knowledge of construction fundamentals. Must be at least 19 years of age, have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and random drug & offers a competitive benefit package. Head Start Family Service Advocate

Southeast Nebraska Community Action Partnership (SENCA) is now accepting applications for a Family Service Advocate at our Head Start program located in Table Rock. Primary responsibilities include recruiting Head Start children and coordinating delivery of services to Head Start families. Minimum qualifications include: high school diploma or equivalent, ability to submit timely accurate reports, basic computer skills, and be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and random drug & alcohol testing. Experience working in the human services field is highly desirable. This position is full-time and will run 9 months out of the year. SENCA offers a competitive benefit package.
