Head Start Director

SENCA is now accepting applications for the position of Head Start Director. The Head Start Director is responsible for overseeing and directing all operations of the SENCA Head Start & Sixpence programs. This includes budget planning and management, regulatory compliance, and direct supervision of management team members. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Education, OR demonstrated related management experience. Fiscal and Early Childhood education experience preferred. Head Start Early Childhood Development Coordinator

SENCA Head Start is now accepting applications for a Head Start Early Childhood Development Coordinator at the Central Office in Humboldt.  The position will oversee the Education and Special Education components of the Head Start program.  This position is full time, 40 hours a week with the possibility of reduced summer hours in June and July. Minimum qualifications include: a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, ability to submit timely accurate reports, and proficient computer skills.  Head Start Family Service Advocate

SENCA is now accepting applications for a Family Service Advocate at our Head Start program located in Falls City. Primary responsibilities include recruiting Head Start children and coordinating delivery of services to Head Start families. Minimum qualifications include: high school diploma or equivalent, ability to submit timely accurate reports, basic computer skills, and be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and random drug & alcohol testing. Experience working in the human services field is highly desirable. This position is full-time and will run 9 months out of the year. SENCA offers a competitive benefit package. Head Start Teacher Assistant Bulldog Beginnings Auburn

This position is located in Auburn at our Head Start collaboration with Bulldog Beginnings. Primary responsibility will be to assist the teacher in implementing all activities and services for children and their families in accordance with Head Start Performance Standards. A Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) or 12 semester hours of undergraduate credit in Child Development/Early Childhood Education is preferred. If candidate does not meet preferred qualifications, candidate will be required to obtain CDA during first 2 years of employment.  SENCA offers a competitive benefit package.
