About the Program

SENCA’s Fulton Villa Apartments are located in Falls City, Nebraska. The complex is designated as elderly and/or disabled, affordable housing and consists of 12 apartments and one community room. A utility allowance is deducted from each resident's rent fee to help defray their utility costs. Water, sewer, lawn care, snow removal, and trash service are provided at no additional cost to the residents. All units were remodeled in 2021.

Requirements for the Program

Rent subsidies are provided by Rural Development to low-income, elderly residents meeting Rural Development guidelines.
